There's a saying that I really love: before assuming, try this thing called 'asking'. Unfortunately, some of us are just too unbothered to ask and that's a shame because, when we simply assume, we might miss the opportunity to really help someone who is in desperate need.

It is never right to make assumptions or judgements about anyone! We never know what someone might be going through, the kind of day he / she had been having or the burdens he / she might be carrying.

We also don't know what it took for someone to get out of bed today, to show up to work, and to face the day with a forced smile. We don't know who is secretly living in pain!

No matter what happens, it is never right to make assumptions or judgement about anyone :)
