Mine

Sometimes when the world sleeps, I'll feel a gentle tug in my heart, persuading me to fight the comforts of slumber so that I can stand in silence, in prayer.

As the world sleeps, waking up can be such a daunting test. But, if I overcome it I know I'll be the ultimate winner as I get to be close to my creator. 

When the world sleeps, I'll quietly tip-two in excitement and delirious from the potential that this new day might bring I'll kickstarter it first with a trusted a morning routine. And at the top of that list is to mindful clean;

First the skin, then the body, and then the mind and then making sure my home shines. And with fresh ambition that only comes in the early morning I'll than be more than ready to start on my daily grind.

So, when the world sleeps...

I'm grateful that He has allowed me to have a head start. I'll serve, work, play, and write. And during the sacred early hours when nothing and nobody interrupts. I'm happiest, calmest, and most grateful-est. Alhamdulillah!.

Grateful to have been able to fight the templation to not hide under the covers. Grateful to have chosen myself and to rise up. So that I can actually work on my dreams instead of just dreaming along as the world sleeps.

Rasulullah SAW said,

"O Allah, bless my nation in their early morning."

 

However at another times,

Just because I don't wake up in the morning it doesn't mean like I don't work at night.
