Why you should never skip your morning routine?
Good morning! Don't freak out, it's me. Well it's you but you've just forgotten who you are. You forgotten what makes you happy and you just don't feel like best your self yet. That feeling of dreading the day and "I can't do this" It's totally normal. You felt it yesterday and you got through it. You'll get through it again today. I know you're wondering how it's possible to have gone to bad last night feeling good and then suddenly wake up the next morning feeling overwhelmed and anxious.
Honey, you have spiritual amnesia. But you're gonna be okay. There is a cure. I know everytime you wake up you feel like all the work you did yesterday on your mindset and your health and your business somehow got arissed like your going back to square one, doubting your self. That's why I decided to make this essay. Because frankly, i got six arguing with us about taking action and negotiating way all your goals in exchange for short-term pleasure. So this is your official reminder that you can and will become your best self.
The first step is to stick to your morning routine. I know it's tempting to skip it in exchange for social media or productivity but you can't do that. Start with your mantras and then your healthy breakfast and some exercise. The next step to the cure is to be kind to yourself. I know your beating yourself up right now for forgetting. The crazy thing is no matter how long you've been on positive journey every new level means it's going to require a new level of dedication for you. So don't be so hard on yourself. You need this reminder daily and that's okay.
The final step is to never ever give up. Your feeling are just helping remind you what habits you need to change and what habits you need to support you.
So, have a little patience with yourself and don't give up on growth.
Bottom line, it's okay to struggle. Everyone else is going through it too your not that special. What is special about you through is what you choose to focus on. That is going too determine what choices you make and whether or not you live the life that you have always wanted.
Go on now! You control what comes next. What you do right now though will ripple effect into the rest of your day, week and life.
So take a deep breath and make today the best day yet.
